About the Role
Petdirect is expanding its warehouse workforce to support its growing e-commerce and retail operations. The company is looking for a motivated individual to handle outgoing orders and assist with daily warehouse activities.
This position primarily involves operating a Bendi forklift, picking and packing products, managing stock movements and preparing shipments for courier and freight collection.

Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Operate a Bendi forklift to transfer orders onto delivery trucks.
- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately.
- Use RF scanners to track stock and verify order selections.
- Organise shipments and ensure products are ready for dispatch.
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts and discrepancy reporting.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
- Work with colleagues to achieve daily operational targets.
- Provide assistance across other warehouse departments when required.
Skills and Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Previous warehouse pick-and-pack experience.
- Experience using RF scanning equipment.
- A valid forklift licence and practical Bendi forklift driving experience.
- Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg safely.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability, punctuality and a positive work attitude.
- Flexibility to work within a seven-day business operation.
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
